Background and Professional Experience

Taylor has worked as a program evaluator for the Youth Services Institute (YSI) since 2015. He has served as the lead evaluator for the evaluation of the Accountability Based Sex Offender Program: Continuum of Care (COC) and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) sponsored Multidisciplinary Abuse Prevention Services (MAPS) program. He also aids in the evaluation of YSI’s Working on Womanhood (WOW) program. Additionally, Taylor partners with the United Methodist Children’s Home (UMCH) to provide independent consulting on the evaluation of their Knabe Scholarship program. In addition to working as a program evaluator, Taylor completed internships working in the areas of diversion, adolescent substance use and abuse, short-term medical interventions, family and group therapy, and geriatrics.
