Bio
LaTonya Washington is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Alabama, where she integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Brainspotting trauma therapy into her work with individuals and couples. A graduate of The University of Alabama’s Master of Social Work program, she draws on more than a decade of diverse mental health and healthcare experience to support clients through relationship challenges, life transitions, and healing from trauma. She is passionate about wellness, holistic care, and cultivating emotionally attuned spaces for learning and growth, both in the therapy room and in the classroom.
