Getting Started Supervising in Alabama
- The latest guidelines for supervisory social workers at all levels (LBSW, LMSW, LICSW, and PIP) can be found at the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners.
- To provide supervision in Alabama, all social workers are now required to take a board-approved supervisor training led by approved CE providers. The UASSW CE Program offers a supervision training workshop that meets ASBSWE requirements.
