Alumni Organizations

The School of Social Work’s two alumni organizations serve in an advisory role and assist with long-range planning for the school.

Board of Friends

The Board works to build positive relationships between leaders in the community and the faculty, staff, and students in our school.

Social Work Society Board

An affiliate organization of the Capstone Foundation, the Society supports the school’s goals, programs, and activities.

Alumni Awards

Do you know a recent or long-time graduate of our School of Social Work who should be recognized for their work? Consider nominating them for one of our alumni awards!

Every Fall during our annual Tailgate event, we recognize three alumni:

  • A recent alum (graduate within the past five years).
  • An alum celebrating a milestone anniversary.
  • A 25+ year graduate who has shown great dedication toward the UA School of Social Work and their community through public service.
